8463A is a highly conductive electrical lubricant that uses a silicone-based oil and specially formulated silver-coated aluminum flake. 8463A is a highly cost-effective alternative to silver-filled grease yet has superior electrical and thermal properties compared to carbon-based greases. This electrically conductive paste fills voids between adjoining parts, ensuring a continuous electrical path to enable the flow of current.
Use 8463A when you need a conductive lubricant that provides superior electrical contact and environmental protection. This contact grease is excellent for ground connections, rotating connections, rotary switches, variable capacitors, roller inductors, roller bearings, slip rings, slide connectors and potentiometers.
For a carbon-based, electrically conductive grease, try 846, 847, or 8481.
